How must we deal with taxes when a Spanish individual or company buy a Business Jet? There are several questions that are not easy to answer as will depend on the business structure of the buyer, where the aircraft is registered or operated and how is it operated. - Is the registration tax always to be paid or is there any exemption if the aircraft is operated in an AOC for charter purposes? - What happen with fuel taxes? If the aircraft is operated under an AOC but this company is not the buyer/lessor, can apply commercial flights discounts? - Is it required to pay the same taxes if the owner is Spanish but the aircraft is registered and operated by a foreign AOC? There is not a simple answer for each question, but let's try to discuss about them.

What are the challenges when we have to deal with our local Authority? Can we create working groups with them to manage the main issues and helot prepare how to apply new regulations, accept new installations, etc.? One example: New EVS/HUD systems allow EFVS-to-land capability but, how is dealing EASA and local CAA like EASA or ANAC with this technologies to get the operational approvals?

Can we create together a Business Aviation Association in our area to defend our interests? No matter if our company is a FBO, AOC, MRO, Charter Sales, CAMO, Legal Advisor...we can work together.
